ANCCI UNIVERSITY - EMBU GATUNDURI CAMPUS

Embu Centre opened its doors to the first class in July 2019 under the leadership of Bishop John Njeru Gatumu , Ann Catherine Karimi Njeru as the administrator, Rosemary Wanja Nthiga as the Secretary General and Dr. Purity K. Mutembei, Dean and lecturer. The center was able to graduate the first cohort of 5 students in December 2019. After intensive marketing of faculty team led by Bishop John Njeru the center has grown to 50 students. All glory to God.

Due to corona pandemic, it was not possible to graduate students in year 2020 in respect to ministry Health Protocols. This year December 2021, we are having 41 graduands in various categories from oral students, certificate in theology, Associate Degree in Theology, Bachelor in Divinity and Masters in Theology. Just as the chancellor says’ “we have taken on empowerment that requires different mindset”. Thanks to the Embu center fraternity and especially to Bishop John Njeru for the effort put in to make the center grow in heights and succeed in all the areas. Thanks also to our Lecturer Dr. Purity K. Mutembei for the knowledge, skills and attitudes you have imparted to our students. You have overseen their transformation which has brought individual development that will also be passed on to their respective churches. Thank you.
